个人数据保护隐私政策 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PRIVACY POLICY

  1. 个人数据的收集、使用、披露、处理和/或转移 COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE, PROCESSING AND/OR TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

    卓越伙伴企业融资私人有限公司（"PPCF"或"本公司"）根据新加坡《2012年个人数据保护法》收集、使用、披露、转移和以其他方式处理关于您或与您有联系或关联的个人（包括但不限于您的董事或法定代表人、股东、合作伙伴和/或实益拥有人，以下简称"关联人士"）的个人数据。 PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. ("PPCF" or the "Company") collects, uses, discloses, transfers and otherwise processes personal data about you or individuals who are connected or associated with you including but not limited to your directors or legal representatives, shareholders, partners and /or beneficial owners ("Associated Persons") in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

  3. 收集、使用和披露个人数据的目的 PURPOSE OF COLLECTING, USING AND DISCLOSING PERSONAL DATA
